THE CONDITIONS NECESSARY FOR LIFE

As far as we know, the Earth is the only planet in our solar system on which life has developed. Life exists on our planet in a thin layer that includes the lower part of the atmosphere, the hydrosphere and the upper part of the geosphere. Our planet meets the conditions required for living beings to develop. It has mild temperatures, water in a liquid state and the gases which are necessary for life; moreover, the planet itself provides a support base for the organisms that live on it.
